Directing Course
As a director, I’m interested in how people interact—onstage and off. I approach each project with curiosity and collaboration, using psychology and storytelling to guide performers toward honest, engaging moments. I believe in learning through doing, allowing each production to inform and strengthen the next.
Through my experiences I have learned how to be a stronger director by listing to my actors fully and helping them understand the depth of their characters.
Final project: 10-minute play of our choosing and casting of actors. My show was "The Thought Doesn't Count" by Emily Hageman.
